Was lookin around and found a tutorial that I wanted to try, pretty simple one but has a nice look to it. All done in Photoshop, created my own font, used some custom brushes and used a generic "grunge paper" background I found on google.

Book Cover Commision

I was commisioned by a friend of mine to design a book cover for a novel he had written. After some back and forth on a few different designs this is what we decided on. The ruby scepter was done in 3D and then imported into Photoshop where I added the ground texture, adjusted lighting, and tweaked colors. The book should be on Amazon in the near future.
